Mikhail studies with Sergei Kolesov at E. Gilels Children’s Music School in Moscow.
He was prize-winner of: the VI Silver Sphere Open District Festival (Moscow, 2011), X and XIV Children and Music Moscow Open Festivals of Children’s and Youth Creativity (2011, II prize; 2014, Grand Prix), II Music Hopes Open District Competition for Young Musicians (Moscow, 2012, II prize), I Moscow Open Competitions for Young Talents within the framework of The Doves of Peace International Children’s Festival of Arts (2013, I prize), III Chrystal Tuning Fork Festival-Competition for Young Musicians (Moscow, 2013, II prize), Moscow Children’s Delphian Games (2014, I prize), I Moscow Regional Open Competition for Saxophonists (Pushkino, 2014, 2015 – II prize), V Open Youth Festival named after the Gnessins (Moscow, 2015, I prize). He was repeatedly scholar of The New Names Interregional Charity Social Fund.
Mikhail gets high grades at music school. Besides saxophone, he attends lessons of piano and percussion. He regularly plays at concerts with The Golden Cockerel family ensemble. Mikhail goes in for freestyle wrestling, he has the 2nd junior category. In future he plans to get professional music education.
